Launch announcement

New landing page in Sponsored Brands Grow brand impression share goal

July 30, 2024

What launched?

The Sponsored Brands “Grow brand impression share” campaign goal now allows advertisers to utilize a new landing page option in the “Product collection” ad format. By selecting at least three products to advertise, advertisers will lead shoppers from top-of-search to a new brand landing page containing these products.

Why is it important?

The “Grow brand impression share” goal helps brands maximize share of voice on top-of-search by dedicating entire campaign budget to this placement. With this goal, shoppers will discover the brand from top-of-search ads to brand stores and new landing page. This new release will give advertisers an additional option to drive shoppers to a new landing page experience curated from at least three advertised products. Hence, without a prerequisite store, advertisers can start the campaign quickly and still ensure the brand product discovery experience.

What is the use case?

In the advertising console, after selecting the “Grow brand impression share” campaign goal, advertisers can choose the “Product collection” ad format. Then, they can select the “New landing page” option to select products to advertise, which will appear on the new landing page.

How your ad appears on the Top-of-search, one of the most prominent placements

In addition to the new landing page, advertisers can leverage theme targeting to deliver more scale on top-of-search and utilize vCPM bid recommendations. As top-of-search is one of the most prominent placements, a $20 vCPM bid could be equal to $1 CPC bid to show ad on the Top of search, depending on the viewability and clickability of the ad.
