Store, manage, and use brand content across Amazon
July 15, 2021
What launched?
With "creative assets", advertisers can now store, organize, and reuse brand content (logos, images). "Creative assets" enables brands to provide a consistent shopping experience by easily re-using brand content across Amazon through a single interface. You can upload files and organize them using tags and products in one central location for use across Amazon Advertising, and on Amazon shopping pages. Files can be uploaded directly from your computer or by connecting to Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. You can submit assets for ad policy moderation so they are ready to be used within ad campaigns. Moderation status can be found within your asset's details and you can filter to find ad policy approved assets for use in ad campaigns. Note: we will not moderate content for use on A+. Video assets will be supported in the coming months.
Why is it important?
You can quickly and easily build ad creatives and connect with your customers by using brand content stored in “creative assets”. You can search, sort and filter by name, tag, products, and other attributes to find assets easily and quickly for reuse. Search results can be further narrowed by filtering and sorting by asset types (logo, custom, or product image), upload date, file format, file size, dimension, moderation status, and more. You can also find assets that were previously used in Sponsored Brands campaigns and Stores. When building Sponsored Brands campaigns and Stores pages, you can access creative assets directly in the builder, allowing you to select and use brand content without leaving the page.
