Featured product

The Featured product template is a Campaign Landing Page format that allows advertisers to showcase in depth a specific product in order to highlight its benefits.

Page structure

A Featured product page consists of the following components:

1. Hero
A Featured product page must contain a hero image component providing the essential information about the featured product. Alternatively, a hero video component may be used instead of an image.

2. Buy Box
The Hero component must contain one buy box

3. Video Player (optional)
The Hero component may contain one video.

4. Hero (optional)
A Featured product page may contain a hero image component providing additional product information. Alternatively, a hero video may be used instead of an image. A text block providing the main information about the product features may be used instead of being part of the hero image.

5. Lightbox (optional)
A lightbox component may be included within the hero component

6. Image Gallery
An image gallery component must showcase up to 5 images

7. Hero (optional)
A Featured product page may contain a hero image component providing additional product information. Alternatively, a hero video may be used instead of an image. A text block providing additional information about the product features may be used instead of being part of the hero image.

8. Video (optional)
The Hero component may contain one video.

9. Product List / Carousel (optional)
A Featured product template always ends with a list of 3 to 20 related products at the bottom of a page.

10. Linked Image (optional)
A linked image should be used to redirect the user to a search page

Asset Checklist
  • Pre-existing standard ad units for reference
  • High-res layered .PSD files (product shots and/or lifestyle imagery)
  • Logos (vector format, .ai or .eps)
  • Any backgrounds or key art
  • Fonts (.otf or .ttf)
  • Advertising copy
  • Brand guidelines
  • Clickthrough URL or Hero ASIN
  • Video files (.mp4, .m4v, .mov, .mpeg, .avi, .dv at least 1280 x 720 px and under 500MB) and poster images (1280 x 720 px)
  • HTTPS links for any Linked Image components
Creative Refreshes

The contents of all campaign landing pages can be refreshed once during their lifetime. Additional refreshes are permitted based on budgets that are multiples of the minimum spend. The SLA for a refresh is 10 days (20 days for tailored pages).
A refresh here is defined as an update of landing page assets, not changes to the creative of media driving customers to the page.
