Engage with Fire Tablet users with full-screen display and video ads on the Fire Tablet lock screen (beta)

What’s launched?

We’ve expanded Fire Tablet Lock-screen ads to self-service advertisers in Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the United States. This will be rolling out via an open beta. All self-service Amazon DSP advertisers will now have access to Fire Tablet Lock-screen ads and creative templates.

Self-service Amazon DSP advertisers will have the option to set up Fire Tablet and Kindle line items in the “Type” drop-down within a New line item page.

Why is it important?

The Fire Tablet Lock-screen ad is a full-screen ad placement on Fire Tablet devices that surface when customers turn on the screen of an ad-enabled Fire Tablet device. Lock-screen ads are an exclusive and unique ad placement which will provide advertisers the opportunity to reach unique Fire Tablet audiences when they are engaging with the device.
