Hit the road for Prime Day 2024 with all the best travel deals

Prime Day is typically associated with deals on best-selling products like the Fire TV Stick or Apple AirPods. However, Prime Day is once again going farther—literally—with travel deals. For Prime Day 2024, on July 16 through 17, we’re bringing even more deals to customers who want experiences as well as products.

In 2024, several travel advertisers, including car rental brands and cruise lines, will give Prime members exclusive offers and perks both before and during the event. If customers haven’t considered Amazon for travel planning, it’s the perfect time to start advertising and raising awareness, since there are currently deals running from now until Prime Day, with additional deals once the event begins.

“We’re thrilled to give more Prime members a chance to have amazing experiences on their upcoming trips,” said Laurel Greatrix, vice president of brand and communications at Viator, the first travel experience marketplace to offer a Prime Day deal in the U.S. Right now, in the lead-up to Prime Day, the brand is offering 10% off experiences.¹

There are also deals on rental cars from Avis and Sixt, as well as local deals from Turo. “Turo is honored to be the first car-sharing company featured for Prime Day travel deals,” said Andrew Mok, chief marketing officer at Turo. Beyond cars, there are also exclusive offers from Southwest Airlines and Carnival Cruise Line. So, this Prime Day really is the perfect time to start planning a new getaway.
