Posts is a new image-based browsing experience on Amazon. Shoppers can explore brand-specific feeds or browse by product category to discover products and see what’s new from brands. Posts link to detail pages, making each post in a feed shoppable.

Your brand’s feed on Amazon

You can publish content to a feed that’s unique to your brand on Amazon, then drive traffic to that feed via a shareable URL.

Where will my posts show up?

In addition to your brand’s feed, shoppers will encounter your posts on detail pages, in feeds for related products, and in category-based feeds. Posts is currently available in the US on the Amazon mobile shopping app (iOS and Android) and on mobile web.

How to get started

To participate in Posts beta you must be a vendor or a seller enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry and have a US Store.

What type of content should I post?

Posts generally focus on product and brand-related content. To get started quickly, consider repurposing product-focused content that your brand has previously shared on social media.

How often should I post?

There is no limit to how often you can post. We encourage brands to publish with the same frequency they do on social media. You can publish multiple posts for the same product or posts that span a wide range of products.

How can I measure the performance of my posts?

How do I choose where my posts will be displayed?

There is no need for you to specify where your posts will be displayed. Our systems will automatically place your posts in feeds and on detail pages based on relevance and customer engagement.

What determines which product categories my posts show up in?

Product categories for posts are derived from Amazon catalog data. Each post includes interactive category tags shoppers can use to explore feeds in specific categories.

How can I grant my social media team permission to publish posts for my brand?

You can grant permissions to new users from the User Management section of the Advertising Console (for vendors) or by selecting View & Edit for Posts in the Manage Permissions section of Seller Central (for sellers). These users will inherit the ability to create posts for your brand. Once a user has accepted your invitation, they will be able to log-in and create posts for your brand at

What are the content specifications for Posts?

Profile name. Must be the registered name of your brand. This field is CaSE SeNsiTIVE.

Profile logo. The profile logo must be the registered brand logo or social media icon that identifies your brand. Profile logos cannot be product or lifestyle images. The profile logo must be a 1x1 square image, no smaller than 640x640 pixels. This logo will be cropped and displayed in a circular format, so the full 1:1 area of the image will not be displayed. Because of this, it is important that all text and imagery intended for the final logo be displayed within the “safe area” of the image. You can download our safe area guide for use in graphics editor to evaluate compliance. Your final profile image must not include the safe area guide as part of the image.

Post image. Posts supports images in common display aspect ratios (e.g. 1x1, 16x9, 4x3) in feeds, however images will be center-cropped to square image format (1x1) when displayed in carousels on detail pages. You will be able to preview what the image will look when displayed to customers prior to publishing.

Caption text. The caption text for a post can include up to 2,200 characters, however only the first two lines of the caption will be displayed by default (the amount of content displayed will vary based on the screen size of the device). For captions which exceed this length, only the first two lines will be displayed by default, but users will be able to tap on the caption to read the full text.

I tried to navigate to Posts and it didn’t work, what can I do to get started?
  • Posts is available to vendors and sellers (enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry in the US), so please check to see whether your brand’s Store is associated with your brand’s Advertising Console (vendor) or Seller Central (seller) account.
  • You may not have access to the account that is associated with your brand’s Store. If you don’t have access, you can request an invite from your account admin.
    • Vendors: Invite user in the User Management section in the Advertising Console
    • Sellers: Add ‘View and Edit’ permission in the Manage Permissions section in Seller Central
