Access third-party native inventories using Asset Based Creative

April 30,2024

What’s launched?

Amazon DSP has introduced a new ad experience, Asset Based Creative (ABC), which allows advertisers to use their own ad components such as images, logos, headlines, body text and call-to-action (CTA) to serve native ads via third-party SSPs like TripleLift. Amazon DSP sends these ad components to the SSPs, which will then use the ad components to deliver in-feed native ads on various publishers integrated with their SSPs.

Why is it important?

ABC enables our advertisers to use Amazon Ads' signals to access valuable in-feed native ad inventory, allowing them access to inventory and sizes that were previously unavailable on Amazon DSP. Native ABC gives publishers the flexibility to render ads according to their aesthetic preferences. These ads can be integrated to match their editorial content and aesthetics, leading to increased ad engagement and conversions for advertisers.
