Launch announcement

Change your preferred language in Amazon DSP

1 March 2024

What’s been launched?

We are launching the Amazon DSP UI and Support Centre language switcher. The language switcher will allow any Amazon DSP user to select from the list of available languages and save their preferred language setting. Once saved, the content in the UI and Support Centre will refresh into the selected language, and this selection will be saved for future visits. With this launch, customers can change their language at any point using the language switcher located in the console navigation area.

To enable their preferred language, users can select the person icon in the top navigation area.

Why is it important?

Historically, the Amazon DSP Support Centre and UI was available in English only. Customers could see the language switcher in the advertising console navigation area, but could not select any other languages. Now, customers can change their language and save it for future visits to utilise over 240 Support Centre articles and UI campaign management.
