Changes to the Amazon Advertising Agreement

We are revising the Amazon Advertising Agreement to help us better serve our diverse advertisers and to reflect our evolving product offerings. These changes take effect on September 21, 2020.

Changes to the Agreement include the following:

  • Adding “Amazon Contracting Parties” and amending governing law and dispute resolution provisions to expand the Amazon Advertising Agreement to cover advertising in Saudi Arabia.
