Changes to the Amazon Advertising Agreement

We are revising the Amazon Advertising Agreement to help us better serve our diverse advertisers and to reflect our evolving product offerings. These changes take effect on February 22, 2022.

Changes to the Agreement include the following:

  • Adding an “Amazon Contracting Party” and amending governing law and dispute resolution provisions to expand the Amazon Advertising Agreement to cover advertising in Turkey; and
  • Amending the dispute resolution provision applicable for use of the Ad Services in the United Arab Emirates.
