Upcoming change to Sponsored Brands landing page support

What is changing?

Starting on June 30, 2021, Sponsored Brands campaigns will support the following landing pages:

  • Store
  • Product list page
  • Display campaign landing page types
  • Browse pages

Why is it important?

Custom shopping results pages and other custom landing pages will no longer be supported for use as a landing page in Sponsored Brands campaigns. Existing campaigns with search landing pages will automatically be converted to a product list page. Campaigns using other types of custom landing pages will be paused on June 30, 2021.

To improve the shopper experience, we recommend using a product list page to promote a list of products or a Store landing page to ensure a consistent campaign and landing page experience.

If you have active campaigns with search or other landing page types and would like to remain active on Sponsored Brands, please log in to your account before June 30, 2021 and archive these campaigns. You will then need to recreate these campaigns using a product list page or Store as the landing page. If you would like to end any of these campaigns, please log into your account before June 30, 2021 and archive them.
