unBoxed 2025
From Amazon Ads unBoxed, our annual conference where we showcase ad solutions that help businesses of all sizes connect with customers at every stage of their journey. This update features content announced at this year's event.
What launched?
Amazon’s homepage hero package introduced three new enhancements:
- New fractional Share of Voice (SOV) packages at 5%, 10%, 25%, 50%, and 100%.
- 100% share of audience across six different audience segments (entertainment enthusiasts, tech lovers, health and beauty enthusiasts, sports fans, 18+ households with no children, and households with children).
- New full-screen reel-style redesigned homepage featuring the placement front and center. These features provide advertisers with more flexible, cost-effective, and impactful options for premium homepage placements across all devices. These packages support static and video for one-day SOVs, and the creative gets fully dedicated Amazon creative support.
Why is it important?
The enhanced homepage hero package helps advertisers better reach their audiences on Amazon through more affordable entry points and precise targeting options. The new fractional SOV packages and audience targeting solutions enable advertisers to optimize their campaigns based on mass-reach goals or reach specific audience segments while maintaining cost efficiency, making premium homepage placements more accessible to a broader range of advertisers. This flexibility in both SOV percentages and audience targeting helps advertisers achieve their campaign objectives while maximizing the impact of their premium homepage advertising investment.
