DoubleVerify’s brand suitability tiers on third-party supply

What launched?

Amazon DSP now supports DoubleVerify’s (DV) enhanced brand safety solution: Brand Suitability Tiers. The new release supports alignment of brand safety and suitability settings with the advertiser’s unique standards. This feature is available worldwide for standard display, mobile app, and video line items running on third-party supply sources.

Why is it important?

DV Brand Safety and Suitability aligns with the standards advanced by the American Association of Advertising (4A’s), Advertising Protection Bureau (APB), World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), and Global Alliance for Responsible Media (GARM). DV’s alignment supports the industry transition to more consistently protect brand reputation, while preserving scale and supporting publishers.

Note: DoubleVerify’s brand suitability tiers is supported only on third-party supply. Line item targeting on Amazon owned-and-operated supply remains unaffected. For more information on third-party pre-bid targeting, refer to this help article.
