Delivery troubleshooting launches for all self service customers to include Open Exchange inventory

What launched?

We’ve expanded existing delivery troubleshooter functionality that has existed for for self-service deal customers to also include all open exchange inventory. This means that the existing deal troubleshooting functionality is now live for all line items regardless of the inventory they run on. The functionality includes the missed bid reasons codes in the campaign management table, the missed opportunities insight card, and the troubleshooting funnel. This troubleshooting data is now available on the advertiser and order line item pages. Traders can introduce these new metrics into the campaign management table by going to columns > customize columns > missed opportunities > select all > apply.

Why is it important?

Previously, these troubleshooting features were not available to advertisers running on open exchange as the functionality was made available for deals only. We have scaled the feature set so all advertisers are able to access troubleshooting metrics regardless of inventory type. Traders are better able to understand and resolve bid issues that contribute to line item underdelivery. This will save customers time and improve operational efficiencies.
