What launched?

Amazon Marketing Cloud now offers access to NCS CPG Insights Stream dataset, enabling creation of custom audience segments based on modeled transactions at the household level. This dataset represents over 127 million US households and provides valuable insights for CPG advertisers.

This integration allows AMC customers to engage new audiences using NCS data sources, leading to more effective advertising campaigns through Amazon DSP. By leveraging household-level transaction data, advertisers can better understand and reach their desired audiences in privacy safe and powerful ways:

  • Reach offline-only shoppers to drive online conversion
  • Reach customers who purchase competitor products in your category
  • Identify and engage with your brand's top-spending customers (e.g., top 20% of purchasers)

These granular targeting capabilities help brands bridge the online-offline gap and optimize their advertising spend across Amazon

API specific:

The ncs_cpg_insights_stream_for_audiences dataset is now available through AMC API for audience creation and segmentation purposes. Audiences with NCS are created using pre-existing ruled based audiences create API. The API is accessible here.
