Mobile ad unit creative guidelines:
- Total ad creative size is 1080x1920
- Ad Disclosure label and call-to-action (CTA) button account for 12% of the total height of the ad
- The “Learn More” CTA is auto-generated for all feed ads and cannot be customized. The CTA button links out to the link provided by the advertiser. No other CTA buttons should be designed into the ad creative asset.
- Content safe zone: It is recommended for Text and CTA button to be designed within the text safe zone to maximize user viewability. Reference the photoshop template for safe zones.
General guidelines
- Copy: Minimum 12pt font
- Claims/disclaimer: 9pt font; No more than 20% of the total height of the ad
- Safe zones
- Desktop: All elements need to be placed within a 150px safe zone to avoid overlapping with the UI
Tags and trackers
- Desktop and mobile units are site served. Approved 3P impression and click trackers can be accepted.
- No DMP or 3rd party Javascript tracking.
For approved third-party providers, please reference Amazon's Approved third-party providers page.
Twitch does not allow the use of any unapproved third-party ad technologies. Twitch requires all ads and third-party vendors to be SSL-compliant. All components of video and display ads including creative and tracking must be provided as and able to serve via SSL (HTTPS).
Lead times
The standard lead times (SLAs) account for the number of working days it will take to launch a campaign.
If the advertiser provides ready-to-use creatives, the SLA to launch a campaign for this format is 5-8 working days, assuming that the provided IO is fully signed and creatives are approved and ready to be implemented into our systems.
If the advertiser is eligible for design support and requires Amazon Ads' help with designing the creatives in the correct format, the SLA to launch a campaign needs to consider an additional 8 days for the design process, which includes one round of standard creative review.
