The Video Wall is a custom takeover, which has three distinct pieces: an intro video, a custom top ad, and a Rectangle.
The Video Wall is a video experience that displays on the IMDb homepage or any point of entry (POE) during a takeover across desktop.
This unit is the desktop equivalent of the Video Wall product, which also consists of the Mobile Video Wall and the Tablet Banner. These units are always sold together.
A large-format unit, positioned at the top of IMDb site content. This is a large video that displays at the top of the page, fades out on the edges, and flows under IMDb site content. It autoplays without sound.
Safe Zone (highlighted in red)
A 970x570 custom unit that lives within the top area. This unit includes the main trailer video, title treatment or logo, date messaging, character art, and the main CTA.
Safe Zone (highlighted in red)
When a user collapses the video wall, the top ad shrinks in height to 250px. Any characters, logos, or other messaging can be rearranged to better fit the space. There is no video element in the collapsed state.
Safe Zone (highlighted in red)
A static unit that accompanies the Video Wall below the fold. This is an IAB standard rectangle ad size.
Safe Zone (highlighted in red)
This is an image that will live behind the ad and site content on IMDb. It should be static and should serve to enhance the billboard, not detract from it. No character faces, logos, messaging, or legal should be anywhere in the background.
By default, the background does not scroll down the page with the user, but fades to a solid color. If a fixed background is desired, please request that functionality in the creative brief.
Safe Zone (highlighted in red - pink area denotes area that may be cut off on smaller browsers)

IMDb Ad Production Timelines account for the number of business days it will take to produce an ad unit. Ad Production Timelines include all typical phases of an ad lifecycle such as booking, design, trafficking and testing. Timelines vary depending on who is responsible for designing the ad unit.
* All timelines begin when design assets are received and approved by IMDb
* All timelines end when the ad unit is live on IMDb properties.
Each ad execution has unique requirements necessary to produce the individual unit. Failure to provide assets in compliance with the guidelines and technical specifications will impact launch dates.
