Goals
OMRON is a Japanese medical device company specializing in blood pressure monitors, nebulizers, ECGs, and thermometers. In October 2025, OMRON partnered with their agency Remazing to launch a new product range on Amazon across European markets. Together, they developed a full-funnel strategy that included upper-funnel campaigns to drive awareness in countries where OMRON was not yet established, and to increase overall market share in the region. This initiative served as a test to determine whether they could drive impact across the funnel using Prime Video and Amazon DSP.
The goal was to launch across European markets at the same time, but Remazing faced a significant challenge. OMRON, who typically produces content in-house, had developed localized video content for all European markets except Spain. The company didn't have an efficient way to develop a Spanish version in time for the launch. Traditional in-house creative production would have taken months, potentially delaying the entire launch.
Approach
Remazing decided to test Creative Agent—a newly launched agentic generative AI tool from Amazon Ads that can produce high-quality video, image, and audio creatives. The agency uploaded the U.K. version of the video asset into Creative Agent, which transcribed and translated the content into Spanish with multiple script options. Remazing was then able to select preferred translations, adjust voice tone and gender, and edit the complete video within the tool—including background music and scene timing.
Creative Agent provided multiple scene options with separate scripts for each one. After reviewing multiple Spanish translation options with Spanish-speaking team members, Remazing selected the version that best represented the original video while maintaining the comforting, trustworthy tone essential for medical products. The entire creative process took less than 3 hours from first use to final output, despite the creator at the agency having no professional video editing experience. The tool allowed Remazing to adjust timing, voice selection, background music, and scene composition without downloading files or using external software.
OMRON approved the video asset after seeing that the quality exceeded expectations and met the high standards required for the medical industry. The use of Creative Agent helped OMRON launch the Spanish campaign on time, while saving valuable time and costs. The video creative ran via Amazon DSP, specifically on Prime Video, as part of a full-funnel strategy that included streaming TV, Fire TV, and Responsive eCommerce Creative (REC) ads.

Results
The Spanish market campaign achieved exceptional results that validated the approach. The Prime Video and Fire TV campaign demonstrated high effectiveness across multiple metrics. OMRON grew branded search impressions by more than 50% during the campaign period versus the preceding period,1 while the medical devices category decreased by 1%. Among exposed consumers, ad recall achieved a 12-point increase2 with strong brand recognition even among those who didn't recall the specific ad. The campaign also had a strong impact in the lower part of the funnel, outperforming other setups by delivering an 18.8% purchase rate when combining sponsored ads with Prime Video, with 83% of purchases coming from new-to-brand customers.3
This approach demonstrates how Creative Agent can democratize access to professional-quality localization. OMRON and Remazing's success has inspired expansion into new channels and formats. Remazing recently developed a new audio ad using Creative Agent with a brand-focused script, which has been approved for Spotify campaigns launching this year—marking OMRON's first audio campaign. This strategy unlocks a new inventory source that would have been difficult and costly to access through traditional creative development methods.
