- Notification: Eligible advertisers receive a communication about the promotional offer and its terms.
- Qualifying action: Advertisers complete specific actions within the given timeframe.
- Credit award: Advertisers automatically receive credits by the date outlined in offer terms.
- Credit usage: Credits apply to eligible advertising campaigns as billing statement deductions.
- Credit expiration: Unused credits expire 30 days after the award date.
Credits are typically awarded within 14 days of meeting offer requirements. For spend-based offers, credits appear within 14 days of the expiration date in the Offer Progress card on the Promotions page.
You can view your ad credits in two ways:
- Advertising console: Check credit balance and reward history under Administration > Billing > Promotions
- Email: Receive notifications about new credits or upcoming expirations
Note: Check credit balances regularly as notifications are not sent when credits are depleted.
Credits cover costs when:
- Credits are active in your account
- Campaign spend stays within credit amount
You’ll be charged when:
- Credits aren't active yet or have expired
- Campaign spend exceeds credit amount
- Advertising product is ineligible for credit consumption
Ad credits appear under the "Promotions" section of your invoice. If credits are missing, verify:
- Correct completion of qualifying actions
- Actions completed during the promotional period
- Credit application date in offer terms

New Seller Sponsored Products Promotion (the “Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
- The Promotion is available to sellers on the Professional selling plan who i.) have listed their first buyable ASIN in the Amazon store in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, or Australia (the “Eligible Marketplace(s)”) within the last 90 days (the “90-day Window”); ii.) have an Amazon Ads sponsored advertising account that is registered in one of the Eligible Marketplaces where their first buyable ASIN is listed (“Advertisers”).
- To participate, , Advertisers must: i) create and launch their first Sponsored Products campaign in the same Eligible Marketplace where they listed their first buyable ASIN, within 90 days of listing such first buyable ASIN(the "Qualifying Action Part 1"), and ii) during the first 30 days after completing Qualifying Action Part 1 (the “30-day Window”), Advertisers must spend and pay for their Sponsored Products campaigns according to the following tiers (the "Qualifying Action Part 2"):
- Spend and pay $50-$199.99 on Sponsored Products campaigns to receive $50 in Ad Credits
- Spend and pay $200-$999.99 on Sponsored Products campaigns to receive $200 in Ad Credits
- Spend and pay $1,000 or more on Sponsored Products campaigns to receive $1,000 in Ad Credits
- At the end of the 30-day Window, Amazon Ads will determine the Advertiser’s Ad Credit depending on the spend and payment for Sponsored Products campaigns as shown in No.2 above. Amazon Ads will provide the Ad Credit within 14 days after the 30-day Window. The Ad Credits are valid for 30 days after receipt from Amazon Ads (the “Ad Credit Window”), and can be used to purchase additional sponsored ads from the date of receipt, but not to pay for the ads purchased during the 30-day Window as part of Qualifying Action Part 2. The Ad Credits are available to one advertising ID in the same Eligible Marketplace as the Sponsored Products campaign for the new ASIN. See the example below.
- The Ad Credits will be in the same currency as the Advertiser’s account and subject to currency fluctuations. Any currency conversions will be done at Amazon’s sole discretion.
- Advertisers will not receive notice once the Ad Credits expire or are depleted.
- Advertisers must keep a valid payment method for advertising fees on file and maintain an advertising account in good standing with Amazon Ads subject to the terms of the Amazon Advertising Agreement.
- This Promotion is non-transferable, not for resale and not redeemable for cash.
- Amazon Ads reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify this Promotion at any time, and will provide notices as required by law.
