Terms and Conditions of the Manual Campaign Promotion

  1. For selected sellers registered for sponsored ads (the “Advertiser” or “You”), Amazon Advertising will apply promotional click of $75/£75/€75/¥7500 to that Advertiser’s Amazon Advertising sponsored ads account which can be redeemed for Sponsored Products.
  2. This promotion is only available to Amazon advertisers individually invited by Amazon to participate (the “Participants” or “you”).
  3. The Participant must launch and run a manual Sponsored Products campaign (the “Campaign”) with at least 25 keywords and set the Campaign end date with “No End Date” (the “Qualifying Action”). The Campaign must be active on September 4, 2020 UTC to redeem the $75/£75/€75/¥7500 promotional clicks.
  4. This promotion will start on July 21, 2020 UTC and will last until August 14, 2020 UTC (the “Promotional Period”). Participants must complete the Qualifying Action during the Promotional Period.
  5. A Participant can redeem this promotion once during the Promotional Period.
  6. Amazon will apply the promotional clicks to the Advertisers’ accounts by September 11, 2020 UTC. Advertisers will be charged for any clicks received before the promotional clicks are applied.
  7. Any unused promotional clicks will expire at 11:59 p.m. UTC on December 31, 2020.
  8. The Participant must maintain an advertising account in good standing with Amazon, subject to the terms of the Amazon Advertising Agreement.
  9. This offer is not for resale and is not redeemable for cash.
  10. This offer is void where prohibited and in the event of fraud, mistake or any failure to satisfy any terms of the offer.
  11. You must have a valid payment method for advertising fees on file to receive the promotional clicks.
  12. Amazon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or modify this offer at any time.
  13. Limit of one $75/£75/€75/¥7500 promotion clicks per seller account.
  14. There is a limit of one promotional clicks per Participant.
  15. Currency of the promotional clicks depends on the seller account.
