Advertisers can now combine a lifestyle image, headline, and logo when customizing their Sponsored Display creatives
July 08, 2022
What launched?
With this launch, advertisers using Sponsored Display can now customize their creatives by adding a headline, logo, and lifestyle image together, or individually. Advertisers can choose to add any combination of assets while creating or editing their creatives. Ads will now display a headline, logo, and lifestyle image to help shoppers discover your brand and product.
Why is it important?
Advertisers interested in customizing their creatives now have increased flexibility and control. Every creative choice is optional, and they can choose any combination, allowing advertisers to match their style across creatives or repurpose existing assets. Ads will display alongside a product image, creating consistent branded creatives across ad placements. Ads with lifestyle images will support promotional deals and savings badges to help improve ad performance. When customizing your creative, you will now see a menu of customizable assets that provides real-time feedback and moderation status to quickly provide a holistic status of your creative. Assets that don’t meet upload requirements will show a real-time warning icon next to the asset name and an in-line warning message. After moderation, rejected creatives will show a warning icon next to the asset that was rejected.
Sellers and Vendors can customize creative while building a campaign or from the “creative” tab while managing a campaign. This feature applies to new and existing creatives.
