Launch for self-service Marketing Mix Model (MMM) onboarding

What launched?
We are making it easier for Amazon Ads advertisers to access and leverage our Marketing Mix Model (MMM) solutions with self-service onboarding and training available on the Amazon Ads console. Advertisers will see a new MMM portal option available in their manager accounts. New users will be able to register for MMM Portal access and accept our data usage agreement.
Users can navigate to the MMM request portal via the snowflake icon in their manager accounts. Upon entering the portal, they will be presented with this page highlighting the benefits of our data feed. The page includes a button for them to register for access to the portal.
Once a user selects the Register button, they will navigate to the New User page. Here they will provide some basic information necessary to set up their partner profile. Once they select Request Access, a data usage agreement will be emailed to them.
Why is it important?
MMM is an return on investment (ROI) analysis commissioned by marketers as a source of truth to determine sales impact from each marketing channel and publisher. The outcome of an MMM decides more than 60% of marketing budget allocation (Amazon Internal Data, US, 2019). The MMM request portal allows advertisers to easily request and receive Amazon’s MMM data in a ready to analyze format
