Launch announcement

Analytics through conversational experience in Amazon Ads

September 28, 2026

What launched?

Amazon Ads introduced a new AI-powered analytics experience that helps advertisers understand campaign performance, benchmark results, and uncover insights using natural language. Instead of manually pulling reports or analyzing spreadsheets, advertisers can ask questions like "Which campaigns drove the most new-to-brand customers last month?" or "How does my ROAS compare across campaigns?" and get instant answers. It combines a conversational experience with an interactive visual workspace where advertisers can ask questions, explore visualizations, and refine their analyses.

Why is it important?

Advertisers have access to more data than ever, but getting performance insights can still be highly manual and time consuming, often requiring users to work across reports, tools and large datasets to answer routine questions. Amazon Ads brings natural language analytics directly into advertisers’ workflow, making analyses such as comparing campaign performance across time periods faster and easier, without relying on manual reporting across multiple tools.

The experience is built on Amazon Ads’ Unified Reporting foundation and first-party shopping signals, including full-funnel measurements such as new-to-brand and long-term sales attribution. It combines advertising data with retail signals and benchmarks to help advertisers understand performance in a broader business context, unlock deeper insights, and make more informed decisions.
