*Participation in this beta program is limited to advertisers of products or services in verticals which are not available in the Amazon store. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Amazon Ads reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the eligibility of each applicant for the closed beta program based upon the information provided to Amazon Ads by such applicants and may reject any applicant it deems ineligible. Amazon Ads intends to contact applicants within approximately 3-5 business days following the applicant’s submission. Participation in the closed beta is subject to the Amazon Ads Agreement and may be subject to additional conditions communicated by Amazon Ads from time to time following acceptance into the closed beta program.
