Show your products in action with Sponsored Products video

What launched?

Sponsored Products video is a new ad format that helps advertisers showcase multiple product features through interactive videos that integrate with existing Sponsored Products campaigns. Advertisers can upload 1–5 product feature videos per product along with descriptive text for each feature. Shoppers see up to three video thumbnails showing the most relevant product features based on their search query and browsing history. This interactive experience lets shoppers easily navigate to specific features of interest before clicking to the product detail page to learn more. At launch, advertisers can upload videos to existing campaigns through Campaign Manager, and the same product can have different feature videos across ad groups. Advertisers can also apply bid adjustments to increase the likelihood of video ad placement.

Thumbnails (maximum 3) appear below the main Sponsored Products video and allow shoppers to easily navigate and skip to view specific features of their interest in detail.

Why is it important?

Sponsored Products video gives shoppers unprecedented control over their product research through an interactive, structured viewing experience. For advertisers, this video solution effectively showcases multiple features for a single product to help drive clicks and conversions while maintaining the familiar Sponsored Products campaign setup. Early testing shows that Sponsored Products campaigns with video saw a 9% uplift in click-through rate (CTR) compared to campaigns without video, and CTR jumped by 8x for the 20% of shoppers who watched Sponsored Products videos for longer than 5 seconds (Amazon internal data, US 2025). The format is accessible to businesses of all sizes, as advertisers can create new product feature videos or use existing long-form video assets to demonstrate product highlights.
