Sponsored Display expanded to Amazon Business globally

What’s launched?

We’ve expanded Sponsored Display to surface on Amazon Business globally, including placements on the homepage, and the search and detail pages on both desktop and mobile. This enables advertisers to engage valuable business shoppers, promote Amazon Business exclusive pricing when applicable and better target various audiences across the Amazon Business shopper base.

Quantity discount pricing

Newly expanded Sponsored Display ads on two of the placements on Amazon Business detail page. Wherever applicable, business pricing and quantity discount pricing appear automatically as part of ad creatives

Why is it important?

  1. Advertisers can now engage Amazon Business shoppers who tend to purchase in larger quantities and more frequently than consumers. Previously, advertisers were not able to engage Amazon Business shoppers with Sponsored Display.
  2. Advertisers can now use enhanced standard audiences to better target specific Amazon Business audiences.
  3. Sponsored Display ads shown to Amazon Business shoppers will also automatically include business pricing and quantity discounts in the ad creative, when an advertiser offers the Amazon Business exclusive pricing benefits for their products.
