What launched?

Brand Store sources insights now provides a detailed break down of your traffic sources. You can see performance metrics for Amazon Ads solutions, including Sponsored Brands campaigns and Sponsored Display, as well as external channels such as search engines and social media. This enhanced view helps you understand how shoppers discover and interact with your Brand Store across different sources. Enhanced sources are available as of October 1, 2025.

New Brand Store insights are available for advertisers with Brand Store(s).

Where do I access it?

Sign in to the advertising console, then go to your Brand Store insights dashboard.

API specific:

The Brand Store insights API has been enhanced to support granular performance metrics by traffic source. For full technical details, see the Stores API specification.
