What’s launched?
We’ve launched three new metrics on the Brand Stores Insights dashboard. You can now view your store’s average bounce rate, average dwell time and new-to-Store visitors.

Why is it important?
Understanding how shoppers interact with your brand store and its different pages is important if you want to optimise your store’s performance. The bounce rate indicates how often shoppers are leaving your store without interacting. The average dwell time indicates how long shoppers are staying on your store and its individual pages. Finally, the new-to-store visitors metric indicates how many new visitors you’re attracting to your store.
