Measure Amazon Live shoppable content performance with new AMC signals

What launched?

Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) now includes Amazon Live signals, enabling advertisers to evaluate their Amazon Live campaign performance with more flexibility and create custom audiences. Advertisers can query Amazon Live video engagement and attributed shopping events to unlock new measurement use cases such as path to conversion reporting, audience analysis, and cross-channel measurement.

Why is it important?

Prior to this launch, advertisers could only access standardized post-campaign reports for their Amazon Live campaigns. With Amazon Live signals now in AMC, advertisers can create custom reports using SQL or Amazon-authored query templates to analyze campaign performance alongside other Amazon Ads media. This enables holistic measurement across channels, custom attribution modeling, and the ability to create audiences based on Amazon Live engagement.

  • North America: United States

Who can use it?

  • Advertisers who:
    • Have an AMC instance
    • Have run paid, managed-service Amazon Live campaigns in the US region after 5/1/2025
    • Have linked their Amazon Live advertiser to their instance
