Amazon DSP additional policies
These policies form part of (i) the Platform Policies that apply to use of the Amazon DSP that is made available by Amazon Ads LLC and/or its Affiliates (collectively herein referred to as “Amazon”) to you, the advertiser and/or the agency on behalf of advertiser, or agency, as applicable (“You” or “Your”) pursuant to the Amazon DSP Agreement (f/k/a the Ad Platform Agreement) between Amazon and You (the “DSP Agreement”) and (ii) the Policies that apply to any insertion orders between You and Amazon regarding Amazon managed DSP services (each, an “IO”). By purchasing or utilising products or services from Amazon, You agree to the applicable Terms set forth below. These Terms may be incorporated by reference into agreements entered into by You and Amazon, including each IO and the DSP Agreement, and, to the extent there is a conflict between these Terms and any such agreement, these Terms shall control.
Amazon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time by posting such modifications here.
Capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have their meanings set forth (i) with respect to Amazon-managed DSP services, in the applicable IO, or (ii) with respect to self-service Amazon DSP access or use, in the DSP Agreement. Any headings, or similar references, contained in these Terms are for convenience only and shall not be interpreted to limit or otherwise affect these provisions.
Deduct from payment. For any amounts that You owe Amazon under either the DSP Agreement or any IO, Amazon may, in addition to any rights set forth in either the DSP Agreement or IO, withhold or offset any amounts that are payable by You against any payments Amazon or any of its Affiliate(s) may make to You or any of Your Affiliates under any other written agreement(s) between Amazon or any of its Affiliates and You or any of your Affiliates.
