As part of our standard advertising practices, where required by applicable regulations including those governing banking and financial institutions, Amazon implements processes to verify advertiser identity and regulatory authorization. If the advertiser is a bank licensed by the Turkish Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency, or acts on behalf of such a bank, or a payment institution or electronic money institution licensed by the Central Bank of Turkey or acts on behalf of such an institution, upon receipt of a formal regulatory escalation or request for information in relation to false or unauthorized advertisements, Amazon may provide specific information reasonably requested by advertisers in accordance with applicable regulatory rules.

This does not create, modify, or supplement any contractual obligations. All advertising services remain subject to Amazon's terms and conditions and advertising policies. Amazon periodically updates its policies and practices at its sole discretion.
