- If you already have an Amazon Ads account manager, you don’t need to apply for this service.
- Amazon Ads specialists will contact sellers who have completed appointment requests and are eligible for the service within 14 working days.
- Accurately fill in the seller contact information on the appointment form to ensure that Amazon Ads experts can reach you.
- Fill in the correct seller identifier that starts with the letter A. Note that the seller ID for North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific sites are different. If the form is completed with a Latin keyboard, the letters must be uppercase.

- Clarify your advertising goals, and summarise your needs and questions in advance for smoother communication during the session.
- Remain logged in to Amazon Seller Central and Ad Console, and provide real-time feedback throughout the session.
Before using the service, please ensure that you have obtained a seller ID. You can obtain a seller’s token by following these steps:
Log in to Seller Central and click “Settings” – “Account Info”.
Go to the seller account information page and click “Business Information” – “Seller Token”.
Go to the page to find the seller token.
