What launched?

Commitments Hub provides customers with a centralized place to manage their spending agreements with publishers (commitments). These new tools simplify tracking pacing, automatically optimize campaign spend, and accelerate spend analysis. This launch marks the first time Amazon DSP advertisers can manage and act on their commitments as part of their workflow.

Why is it important?

Commitments Hub is designed to remove the complexity and stress from managing spend agreements with publishers. Advertisers no longer need to manually reconcile data or worry about missing commitments. With automated tracking, optimization, and troubleshooting tools, advertisers can save time, reduce uncertainty, and ensure they meet their commitments. By streamlining these workflows, Commitments Hub empowers advertisers to be more productive and spend more time focusing on campaign strategy and performance.

Who can use it?

Commitments Hub is available for all self-service advertisers in all markets where Amazon DSP operates. To begin, sign into Amazon Ads Console, then go to Amazon DSP then select Inventory, and click on the Commitments tab. Commitments Hub is also available in the API.

Amazon DSP has launched a new set of endpoints available through the Amazon Ads API, enabling advertisers to manage and track their advertising commitments efficiently. The Commitments API provides six key endpoints:

  • POST /adsApi/v1/commitments/create/dsp - Create new commitments
  • GET /adsApi/v1/commitments/dsp - List all commitments
  • POST /adsApi/v1/commitments/retrieve/dsp - Get specific commitments by ID
  • POST /adsApi/v1/commitments/update/dsp - Update existing commitments
  • POST /adsApi/v1/commitments/spend/retrieve/dsp - Get commitment spend information
