Create custom-built audiences using Store interactions

What’s launched?

Amazon Ads launched custom-built audiences with Store interactions to help brands reach shoppers that have visited this dedicated brand destination. This new feature in custom audiences allows you to build audiences that visited your Store, and/or similar Stores over a custom lookback window for up to 90 days. You can create new custom-built Store interactions audiences and use them in any display or video campaigns.

Why is it important?

Stores empower brands to showcase products in an immersive shopping experience on Amazon so shoppers learn about the brand story and discover its product portfolio. This launch will help you re-engage shoppers that visited your Store, or prospect to new audiences engaging with similar Stores. The ability to remarket to Store visitors has been a consistent request and we are excited to bring this offering forward. In summary, Stores audiences will help you drive full-funnel metrics across the Amazon DSP.
