Amazon Ads Partner Network Policies
TABLE OF CONTENTS
1. Overview
The Amazon Ads Partner Network Policies ("Policies") set forth requirements governing partner integration and use of Amazon Ads services and associated Amazon Data. These Policies are binding on all partners, developers, vendors, agencies, and other entities (collectively "Partners") approved to access and interface products, services, tools and APIs ("Amazon Ads") with Amazon's advertising technologies, data and intellectual property through the Amazon Ads Partner Network.
These Amazon Ads Partner Network Policies (the "Policies") govern your access to and use of Amazon Ads application programming interfaces, products, services, tools and software, including any updates or upgrades (collectively, "Amazon Ads"). By accessing or using Amazon Ads, you agree to be bound by the most recent version of these Policies as well as any applicable agreements. You acknowledge that these Policies may be updated from time to time and that your continued access or use of Amazon Ads after updates constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Policies.
Partners are granted limited rights to use Amazon Ads and Amazon Data solely for the purpose of developing and operating approved product/service integrations that enhance Amazon advertising functionality for advertisers and Amazon Ads participants ("Permitted Use"). All other uses are strictly prohibited. Amazon Ads access and data provisioning through the Partner Network is a privilege that may be revoked if a Partner fails to comply with these Policies or otherwise abuses or misuses Amazon's services and intellectual property. Partners must implement robust security controls, limit data access on a need-to-know basis, and promptly remedy any violations of these Policies.
Amazon reserves the right to monitor and audit Partner usage and data handling practices to detect violations. Confirmed violations may result in enforcement actions including but not limited to suspension or termination of Amazon Ads and Partner Network access, credential revocation, and legal remedies. Amazon Ads may update these Policies at any time. Continued use of Amazon Ads constitutes acceptance of the most current published version of the Policies.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Amazon Ads owns all rights, titles, interests and intellectual property rights of every kind, including copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets and patent rights in Amazon Ads and any data, reports, analysis, content or other materials relating to or derived from Amazon Ads ("Amazon Materials"), and takes measures to protect its intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Amazon Ads.
2.2 You shall not copy, modify, translate, localize, port, adapt, derive, decompile, reverse assemble, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of any part of Amazon Ads or Amazon Materials. You shall not remove, obscure or alter any proprietary rights notices, including copyright, patent and trademark notices, of Amazon Ads contained within Amazon Ads or materials downloaded from it.
2.3 Any permitted use of Amazon's names, trademarks, service marks, logos or other brand features ("Amazon Marks") must be in compliance with Amazon's Trademark Usage Guidelines, as may be updated periodically.
