Terms and Conditions of the New Seller Sponsored Products promotion 2024

  1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is only available to new sellers on the Professional selling plan who (i) list their first buyable ASIN in the Amazon store on or after 1 March 2024 in Japan and/or the United States and/or one of Germany, France, Italy, Spain or the United Kingdom; or list their first buyable ASIN in the Amazon Australia store after 1 May 2024 (each an “Eligible Marketplace”) and (ii) have an Amazon Ads sponsored advertising account that is registered in the Eligible Marketplace where their first buyable ASIN is listed (participants that satisfy (i) and (ii) are each an “Advertiser”). This promotion will last until 28 February 2025.
  2. Each Advertiser (as such term is defined in Section 1) that creates and launches their first Sponsored Products campaign in their registered Eligible Marketplace for their first buyable ASIN within 90 days of listing such first buyable ASIN (the “Qualifying Action”), and that is otherwise compliant with these Terms and Conditions, shall receive a single promotional click credit to their sponsored ads account equal to one of the following applicable amounts:
    1. USD $50 if Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action in the United States;
    2. JPY 7,500 if Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action in Japan;
    3. AUD $75 if Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action in Australia;
    4. EUR 45 if Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action in any of Germany, France, Italy or Spain; or GBP 40 if Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action in the United Kingdom (Germany, France, Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom collectively referred to as the “EU5”), provided that Advertisers shall only be eligible to redeem the Promotional Credit for the first Eligible Marketplace within the EU5 that Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action for.
  3. Advertisers can only redeem the Promotional Credit once for the United States, once for Japan, once for Australia, and/or once for the first Eligible Marketplace within the EU5 that Advertiser completes the Qualifying Action in (i.e. The total maximum amount an Advertiser may receive under this Promotion is USD $50 for the United States, JPY 7,500 for Japan, AUD $75 for Australia and either 45 EUR for one of Germany, France, Italy or Spain or 40 GBP for the United Kingdom).
  4. Except as expressly permitted by Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions, Advertisers will not otherwise receive multiple Promotional Credits for completing the Qualifying Action multiple times.
  5. Advertisers will be charged for any clicks received before the Promotional Credit is applied and for all advertising that exceeds the Promotional Credit amount in each applicable Eligible Marketplace. Advertisers can suspend or pause their ad(s) any time before the Promotional Credit amount is exhausted if they do not wish to receive additional advertising charges. Advertisers are responsible for monitoring promotional clicks usage as Advertisers will not be notified once the Promotional Credit amount is exhausted.
  6. Eligible Advertisers that complete the Qualifying Action shall receive the Promotional Credit to their applicable Amazon sponsored ads account within approximately 14 days of completing the Qualifying Action.
  7. Any and all unused portion of the Promotional Credit will expire 30 days from the date the Promotional Credit is originally applied to Advertiser’s sponsored ads account.
  8. Advertisers must maintain an advertising account in good standing with Amazon, subject to the terms of the Amazon Ads Agreement (available here: https://advertising.amazon.com/terms)
  9. This Promotion and the Promotional Credit are non-transferable, not for resale and not redeemable for cash.
  10. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law and in the event of fraud, mistake or any failure to satisfy any terms of the Promotion.
  11. Advertiser’s use of the Promotional Credit constitutes Advertiser’s acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  12. Advertisers must have a valid payment method for advertising fees on file to receive the Promotional Credit.
  13. Amazon may elect not to provide or to void the Promotional Credit to any Advertiser that Amazon determines, has violated these Terms and Conditions, the Amazon Ads Agreement or the New Seller Incentive Terms and Conditions for each Eligible Marketplace (“NSI T&Cs”) or that has otherwise committed fraud in connection with this Promotion.
  14. Amazon reserves the right to terminate or modify this Promotion at any time. In the event of a change or termination of this Promotion by Amazon, it shall provide notice to Advertisers in accordance with the NSI T&C’s.
  15. If Advertiser’s advertising account is in a different currency than the one in which Advertiser’s Promotional Credit has been awarded, the actual amount of the Promotional Credit may be subject to foreign currency fluctuations.
  16. Advertiser is responsible for the payment of any taxes incurred.
