Announcing the inaugural Amazon Ads Partner Awards

Our Amazon Ads partners help utilize our singular capabilities to share work that makes the world take notice. And in the last year, we’ve witnessed some of the most eye-opening creative work yet. Driven by their vision, Amazon Ads partners imagine and engineer entirely new worlds of the advertiser brand experience.

All that great work deserves recognition. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce the Partner Awards, a new program that honors, spotlights, and celebrates our agency and technology partners’ bold and ambitious brand campaigns in the UK. The first-ever Partner Awards will recognize four exceptional partners who registered to the Amazon Ads Partner Network and demonstrated their creative, tactical, and technological acumen across our suite of Amazon Ads products.

These awards are more than a mere pat on the back. They represent a space for partners to tell their latest success story and share their inspiring work with Amazon Ads.

This is a showcase everyone can be part of, and a way to highlight the exceptional work our partners have created via Amazon Ads. Regardless of where they’re based, any partner who creates and delivers exceptional advertising success in the UK for its clients could be an award winner.

2021 UK Partner Award categories

Here’s a rundown of the four categories:

1. 2021 Brand Building Award

It takes an excellent storyteller to tell a great brand story. This award will recognize an Amazon Ads partner who has exemplified expertise in using the suite of Amazon Ads products to tell an engaging brand story that generated awareness and discovery for its client’s brand advertising in the UK. All finalists will have effectively driven branding strategies across a variety of Amazon Ads brand building channels, helping form meaningful connections with customers.

2. 2021 Performance Growth Award

Big ideas drive growth. This award will recognize an Amazon Ads partner who established an innovative strategy or campaign that demonstrates its expertise in helping accelerate performance growth on Amazon for its client’s brand advertising in the UK. Successful applications will demonstrate how the partner uses Amazon Ads products to engage customers along their path to purchase, leading to a client’s increase in sales and business growth beyond historical trends.

3. 2021 Scaled Technology Award

The Amazon Ads API can help drive growth in customer solutions. This award will recognize an Amazon Ads partner who is integrated with the Amazon Ads API and developed a technology application that has enabled its advertising client to expand its business to new regions over the past year, including the UK.

4. 2021 Innovation Award

Amazon Ads partners are trailblazers, pioneers, and creators. This award will recognize an Amazon Ads partner who has moved the needle for their clients in the UK through innovation. Sometimes this comes in the form of a new client-facing tool or service or is the result of partners identifying new ways to help drive advertising results for their clients.

A panel of Amazon-selected judges will review the entries and judge on merit if the submission is innovative, impactful, and demonstrates expertise with Amazon Ads products. We will announce top finalists in December and winners in January by featuring them on the Amazon Ads blog post and through social. We will also share their achievements through a video case study and provide marketing guidelines for self-promotion.
