Ads.txt is now enabled

Sr. Product Marketing Manager

We are excited to announce that ads.txt is now implemented to block unauthorized bid requests from unapproved companies. This affects all applicable third-party inventory available on the Amazon DSP.

Last summer, the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) Tech Lab launched the ads.txt project to increase transparency in programmatic advertising. With this initiative, publishers are now able to publicly declare, in a text file posted on their servers, the companies they authorize to sell their inventory. We are supportive of the ads.txt project as we believe it is in the best interest of our advertising customers.

We will continue to explore ways to improve our customers’ experience and performance with the Amazon DSP. Please reach out to your Amazon DSP support team or get in touch with an advertising representative here for further information.
